Provide technical services in a consistent and timely manner. Ensure mission critical infrastructure, systems and applications maintain a high level of stability, availability and performance to support Contact Center Operations, and various business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure mission critical infrastructure, systems and applications are up and running.
- Effectively document and communicate system changes/issues/risks to the appropriate stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
- Troubleshoot reported technical problems reported by personnel, partners or vendors.
- Add, remove, update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.,
- Work with partners and vendors on upgrades, updates, patches, configuration changes, enhancements and the resolution of technical problems (Data Center/Desktop: infrastructure, systems, applications)
- Support end-users with the installation, configuration and ongoing usability of their desktop computers, validation systems, file servers, email servers, connectivity, computer conferencing systems, application servers, peripherals, software and mobile/landline phone systems
Install, configure, maintain, support, monitor and track Data Center/Desktop/end-user software, network capacity, hardware and equipment - Monitor, analyze, and audit network/infrastructure/system logs, backups and health checks.
- Proactively create and communicate action plans to respond to potential opportunities, issues, risks or threats.
- Work with stakeholders, partners and vendors introducing, procuring and integrating new technologies into the existing Data Center/Desktop environments.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
2+ years experience in the following:

Other Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs and use a hand truck
- Able to work in tight spaces
- Some out of state travel required (AZ)
- Some night and weekend work required
