Description
We are looking for someone with extensive Upstream oil industry experience.
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
Extensive experience in the international Upstream oil industry in the Domain data, IT&S and/or project management domain, with deep project/programme management experience
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Information Technology or Upstream related fields (Geosciences, Engineering) Geosciences background preferred
experience in Management of Change or business process improvement
experience in data management domain or data area of expertise
Track record of collective project delivery and embedding business value improvement.
Experience working with technical teams, business analysts and process subject matter experts across various IT Functions and geographies.
Experience of defining and documenting data architecture in relation to IT systems
Thorough knowledge of CVP (or alternate stage gate decision process) and underlying project methodologies.
Excellent record of stakeholder management.
Desirable
Thorough understanding of both IT and upstream Oil & Gas key business processes
Relevant PM accreditation (eg PMP, AMP, PRINCE 2 Practitioner)
TOGAF accreditation
