Description
The Catia Design Engineer/Mechanical Design Engineer/Automotive Design Engineer will be responsible for the creation, development and analysis of vehicle and system level layouts. Layouts will include exhaust systems, fuels systems, engine packaging, powertrain installations, electric and hybrid vehicles.
The Catia Design Engineer/Mechanical Design Engineer/Automotive Design Engineer will also be working with projects teams to provide design for manufacturing and design for assembly. This will involve liaising with various teams and client interaction.
The Catia Design Engineer/Mechanical Design Engineer/Automotive Design Engineer will be required to have extensive knowledge of Catia V5 and Team Center (PLM). Experience in the automotive industry would be hugely beneficial also.
