Rate: £8 per hour
We are looking for 15 collections/credit controllers to start on Monday 3rd October 2011. These positions are based in our Exeter office.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that our Customers pay their bills promptly. To provide a quality service, including offering repayment solutions to both domestic and commercial customers through the provision of an effective outbound dialler system.
This will include shift and standby cover working in order to be able to respond to the needs of our customers.
We ideally require candidates who have worked in a Credit control, Collections agent or accountancy role previously, performing good customer service.
This is a 6 month role.
