Our client in Englewood, CO is looking to add a Requirements Analyst/User Experience Designer to their team for a year long contract with possible extension or conversion to permanent.

These positions are with a leader in navigational information, operations management solutions and flight training products and services. Their offices are located in the Inverness area.

Description:

Works with business partners, UxD, and customers to evaluate customer/operational needs to define and coordinate product and system requirements. Uses Look & Feel design including symbology and screen layout of the system based on ease-of-use, consistency, the Concept of Operations, and the client's brand. Develops system level use cases, functional requirements, creates and designs wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to specify system behavior and system Look& Feel, symbology and workflows, as directed. Ensures functional and non-functional requirements are accurately addressed in any user interface and system design. Coordinates with the business partner (including product manager and UxD) to define and document business and user requirements by performing usability analysis activities, translating user requirements to interface design. Elicits requirements from business and customer vision for products and applications. Applies human factors, usability and user interface design principles to designs. Translates user requirements into a user interface design by applying usability and human factors principles that efficiently and effectively supports the business need and user work flow.

Education/Experience
Bachelors degree in information technology or related with an emphasis on interaction design.
5-8 years relevant experience in interaction design required
Experience with all phases of software engineering lifecycles.
Proven ability to influence across disciplines and work collaboratively.
Experience working with geographically-separated teams.
5+ years experience with wire frames, storyboarding, and use case development.
Graphic design skills desired.
Well versed in techniques for validating designs and eliciting customer feedback
