Customer Side of Change Analyst - Banking - London - Circa £425 per day - 12months
A leading UK retail bank requires a Customer Side of Change Analyst to work on a market leading Internet banking programme.
You will be required to determine and understand the challenges and opportunities posed to customers by the initiatives within a digital transformation roadmap. You will also be required to work with the business to develop appropriate and well formed solutions which meet and exceed customer needs.
To be considered for this position you will need to be an experienced customer change analyst with experience in retail banking. Past marketing and communications exposure as well as change management experience will also be highly regarded.
