Marketing Approval Assistant
PSD Group have an open position for a Marketing Approvals Assistant. You will be responsible for operational end-to-end process of asset management approvals for the Leading Handset Manufacturer as part of the Partner Marketing Approvals team within Partner Operations. This position will report to the Partner Marketing Approvals Manager leading the promotional/creative approvals and asset management for the organisation.
The Role
This role will primarily work with Marco Polo systems, managing the content management tool and end to end process for Marketing Approvals. With a focus on the operational and functional elements of the process, ensuring that all approvals from submission are managed through-out the process and executed in an accurate and timely fashion.
Essential requirements include a proven track record of content management systems. Evidence of design, publishing, advertising and mobile applications interest. This role requires a diligent attitude towards high attention to detail, excellent eye for accuracy, editorial judgment and knowledge of brand management. Confidence in communication with agencies and partners. Understanding of the importance of contractual requirements and legal obligation of protecting partner assets.
