JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Client currently requires the services of a Distribution Project Manager to join them for a 3 month contract to be based in Swindon with some travel required within the UK.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Sales Project Management background and the ability to liaise across all levels a background in Insurance or the financial sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
The successful candidate will be required to implement a variety of initiatives to identify causes and potential solutions to our client's current production level. These initiatives are right at the heart of the sales role, including things like account planning, getting closer to customer needs, defining our value proposition for an IFA.
In addition to this the role will require the implementation of further initiatives with centre on; Increasing the volume of relationship acceleration' events with IFAs during Q2 '11, - ensuring management time is optimised to focus on sales-driving activity and ensuring that Propositions deliver on a small number of critical deliverables eg implementation of model portfolios within the projected timescales within every sales team. This is an IT-light piece of work which requires us to work creatively alongside sales managers to enthuse and support them in embedding and evidencing these workstreams.
