SharePoint Developer/Architect

What's required:
Proficient in SharePoint development (2007 and 2010)
3+ years in SharePoint Administration and Architecture Design, Configuration and Implementation with SharePoint
1+ years of Customizing and Designing SharePoint Master Pages and custom layouts
2+ years experience with customizing SharePoint site definitions
Proficient in SharePoint Designer and proven ability to configure and enhance web parts and workflows
Proficient in .NET development skills C#/VB, WWF, WPF, web services and ASP.NET
Proficient in SQL Server Programming ) and Reporting Services
Proficient in Visual Studio, Silverlight, TFS, VSS, ASP, OOPS Concepts
Web development experience (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience as a team lead or senior developer
Experience with multiple phases of the SDLC
Trains and assists in the development of personnel, encouraging cross-training efforts to build team technical skill sets
Establishes technical standards and guidelines for effective programming.
Extras:
Experience with InfoPath and Forms Services a plus
Experience with executing an enterprise wide SharePoint Governance a plus
Experience with Java a plus
