Description
DescriptionQuality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working with business and technical staff in planning, executing, and documenting testing. Work with technical and business resources to understand requirements for each project affecting any component of application. Learn individual components of system to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive test plans. Follow and enhance developed testing processes, procedures, or methodologies. Document test cases to meet desired test coverage goals. Assist with test automation effort. Work to minimize risk by identifying, communicating and escalating issues appropriately to management.
Job Description
Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in computer engineering.
5-8 years of testing or quality assurance experience required.
Have experience in Healthcare (a plus)
Must have ability to review requirements and understand so that you can develop test cases
Strong written and oral communication skills required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborative, as needed, and to appropriately prioritize required.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines with many interruptions required.
Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly required.
Ability to resolve problem; take initiative, and to identify and propose new tasks and procedures required.
Have strong analytical skill set
Have strong testing background
Being able to work with business and gather requirements,
Effectively coordinate and communicate with all project stakeholders.
Good Experience on PL/SQL
Good Experience on Web based Testing
Good Experience on Web Service testing
Have experience in Unix as well as QTP, iTKO LISA
