Description
Stress Integrator with experience of working with Sharklet is required for a contract role in Bristol. This role is for an initial 6 months.
The role is based full time on site at Bristol.
The role requires a working knowledge of a variety of stress analysis issues, methods, structures, and approaches. The role also requires a higher-level view covering design, F&DT, and Programme to ensure that the overall delivery meets client expectations.
This is a role that requires a proactive and confident individual with good communication skills who will be required to easily create and sustain effective working relationships with a range of customer and third party stakeholders. The candidate will need to take the initiative in order to successfully pick up and drive through issues to a successful conclusion and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and buy-in to those solutions.
Tasks involved will include, amongst other things:
1. Act as a stress focal point for our clients work package.
- Support Stress and Programme Reviews, maintain MoM and Actions.
- Identify Key enablers and maintain trackers.
- Raise awareness of key issues.
- Understand the our clients programme and anticipate issues or risk that will affect our delivery.
2. Build stakeholder relationships.
3. Take ownership of incoming stress queries and delegate out to the stress teams.
4. Work with Project Manager to:
- Identify any resourcing issues threatening achievement.
- Identify programme risks and issues related to design items.
- Provide weekly stress integration updates.
- Provide holiday coverage for overall programme reviews.
