* SAP HCM (HR Travel Management) Consultant with US/Canada local requirements, remote work from anywhere in the US/Canada with some travel to Chicago/New-York*
On behalf of our customer based in Paris, France, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP HCM (HR Travel Management) with a good knowledge of the US and Canada specifics around this sub-module of SAP HCM (HR). You will take part in an international SAP implementation based in Paris, France and will participate to the design of the core-model (writing specifications, testing...), and at a later stage, participate to the roll-outs to these 2 countries : USA and Canada.
We are looking for a consultant with core competencies in Travel Management, configuration skills required. You should preferably have experiences from projects with HR interfacing (inbound/outbound) several external systems eg HR Master data as mini master (from external HR system) and HR having multiple integration point within SAP FI/CO, MM and PS.
You will conduct on-site workshops in the US and Canada (New-York, Chicago, Toronto...) to present the template (currently in testing phase) and help the local Customer Business people listing any additional local legal requirements or variants.
You will document the Functional Specs for these additional requirements and drive the development with offshore consultants. You will also be involved in the Acceptance phase
Fluent English required. Please note that this assignment can be done almost entirely remotely, from wherever you live in the US/Canada. Therefore, you must be eligible to work in these countries to apply for this role.
This is an excellent contract opportunity with potential for further contract extensions. You will be working for a prestigious organisation. Please note that travel/living expenses will be paid for from whenever you travel to these site in the US and Canada.
