Based in the Surrey area this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced contract design engineer to join a multinational well respected organisation.
My client is a leading organisation within the space industry previously ranked within the top 100 companies to work for in the Times top 100 listing.
Skills - Solidworks/Design Engineer, FEA (Ansys Workbench, Solidworks Simulation or similar)
Competent use and experience of Solidworks CAD program but will accept SolidEdge or similar.
A good degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Attention to detail.
Experience of FEA (Ansys Workbench, Solidworks Simulation or similar).
An understanding of the challenging design environment of space
Space industry experience is not essential, will accept design experience in other markets.
Project Involvement- Analysis of satellite components and systems.
