Mechanical Design Engineer Automotive- CATIA V5, PRO-E, Plastic injection moulding, components.
My Client a large Automotive organisation are looking for highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineers to join their team within the components and trim department, the highly skilled design engineer will have knowledge, skills and experience in some of the following:
* CAD experience CATIA V5 or PRO-E (Part design, surface design, draughting, assembly design, plastic injection moulding)
* Database management VPM/3DCOM
* Relevant engineering based design work within automotive, aerospace or any other relevant industry whilst working on CATIA V5 OR PRO-E.
* Production techniques (Machining, Fabrication, casting, plastic injection moulding)
* Rapid prototype materials, techniques including casting, plastic injection moulding.
* Basic PC skills (word, excel, outlook, Powerpoint)
* Excellent communication skills.
* Creative and thoughtful approach to solving engineering & CAD challenges.
