We are currently looking for a Customer Insight Manager (Marketing) for a large financial services organisation based in London for an initial 6 months.
The successful applicant will possess the following;
- Background in Financial Services and Marketing
- Strong track record in customer focused environments
- Strong track record in Customer Insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of customer journeys
- End to end customer insight/journey projects.
- Knowledge of customer retention.
The candidate should have worked in large complex environments and can work independently as well as liaise with numerous senior managers and stakeholders.
