Customer Development Manager

An exciting contract opportunity for a leading communications company as a customer development manager based in Berkshire.

The role involves Leading and influencing strategic direction for customers and creating meaningful communication strategies. Developing communications for customers and ensuring their effectiveness through your team, making use of data analytics and the customer insights. Ensuring customer messages are integrated across customer touch points and are on brand.

Key Responsibilities:
* Creating effective customer comms strategies based on and judged by data analysis, customer research and customer experience.
* Ensuring consistency of customer messages across all touch points including: reactive channels: eg retail, customer services (including briefings and language) and online as well as proactively managing customer campaigns.
* Accountable for Customer Development budget and working with key stakeholders to build a case to use their budget.
* Management of the campaign planning and delivery team to achieve business objectives.

Key Skills:
* Proven ability to plan, develop and execute customer communication strategy
* Experience of managing a large customer base
* Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders
* Evidence of budget management and accountability
