Our Client, a well known IT Consultancy, is looking to recruit a SQL Database Analyst (DBA) for a 12 Month Contract role.You will be responsible for the database administration for all applications at our Clients site and Install and maintain databases, define, implement and manage tools for monitoring the databases, monitor performance and manage parameters to provide fast query responses to the users, manages database security and monitors user access, define and implement database backup/restore strategies, monitor and maintain databases including replication processes to ensure high availability and consistency across different databases.
Essential Skills - Minimum 4 years of previous experience in database administration (SQL Server), experience in the design of physical database schema, data modelling, and performance tuning, the ability to quickly understand complex problems and devise effective solutions.
