Interim Pharmaceutical Business Analyst - With CRM experience
A global pharmaceuticals company who provide high quality products and have a number of well established and renowned brands. Due to improvements in the way the finance team and sales team interact, they are currently hiring for a Business Analyst, to provide information and analysis on the sales process and other business processes. This role will also involve the maintenance and improvement of the CRM software and database, to become the "go-to" person within the business on this matter.
As a Business Analyst - CRM, your duties will include but not be limited to;
*Analysis of multiple sets of data from Sales, Operations and Marketing teams
*Reporting and presenting information to senior staff members across the business
*Technical maintenance of CRM database
*Providing ways of improving the CRM system and its functionalities
*Ad hoc reporting on several different areas of the business
To be successful in this role you should have had at least 2 years experience within a Business/Commercial analyst role. Experience of CRM maintenance is a must, with Sales force Effectiveness and or KAM knowledge would be advantageous If you have worked within eitherPharmaceuticals or FMCG this will be viewed very favorably. Excellent communication skills will be important to be successful in this role.
