Our client in Greenwood Village, CO is looking to add an IT Resource Manager/Vendor Liaison to their team for an ongoing contract. This position is with a widely recognized innovator in the health services industry. Their campus is centrally located in the Denver Tech Center.

We're seeking a strong communicator who will be responsible for screening technical talent for multiple positions in software development in multiple locations. This position is responsible for the screening of contract-to-hire candidates to ensure that they meet the qualification and experience requirements for consultant openings. This role also manages relationships with vendors to ensure that we receive the highest caliber candidates. The ideal candidate is a technologist no longer interested in development and delivery but who has knowledge of software development, fluency in programming languages and a keen eye for technical talent and the ability to filter unqualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Assist managers with contingent labor planning, forecasting and hiring.

Review resumes submitted by vendors and screen qualified contract-to-hire candidates for organizational fit and high-level technical skills.

Provides input to vendors to aid in the hiring of stellar technical talent for hard-to-fill contract-to-hire openings.

Performs a relationship management role with external staffing providers to the IT organization.

Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews in support of hiring managers with urgent talent needs.

Analyze position requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with Functional Manager needs.

Produce candidate status reports and conduct vendor performance analysis for specific openings.

Update Resource Management SharePoint Site status accurately.

Skills:

Prior IT experience as an application developer, architect, project manager or systems analyst to be able to effectively conduct technical interviews with candidates, experience with technical screening of candidates, and understanding of software development in an IT organization.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure working with changing priorities.

Attention to detail is essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Intermediate level proficiency in Excel Experience with SharePoint and MS Office suite strongly preferred.

Demonstrate strong commitment to a team effectiveness.

Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to self-motivate and self-direct.

Possess strong time management and organizational skills.

Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
