Urgent role for an experienced Project Manager to be involved in a messaging Exchange 2010 migration project.My client uses Microsoft’s Exchange service for mail, calendaring and instant communication services. The project is to upgrade from the current version Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2010.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a good track record in Infrastructure Project Delivery, preferably with Microsoft software rollout and ideally with Exchange experience. The job will be full time for an initial 6 months and must steer the project through basic analysis to working business case and project submission. The role requires management and production of all project artefacts including the project plan, risks and issues, costs, resourcing and stakeholder management, both technical and business. Importantly the project requires a migration plan that provides minimum risk and zero downtime to the user community.
