Our client is looking to recruit the services of an experienced Reward Manager, to work 3 days a week in Newbury on-site at a large global organisation. This is a 9-month contract covering maternity leave.

The focus of the role is to support the Head of Executive Reward in the management and development of executive remuneration. The role will also support the development and implementation of our global HR policies and also support other Group Reward team members in the delivery of Group Reward and Policy operational activities and special projects. This role is ideal for a candidate with very strong analytical and presentation skills.

Experience required:
solid previous reward experience
an understanding of long term incentives
strong analitical skills
ideally some UK goverance experience
