My client, a leading Investment Bank, has an upcoming requirement for a Senior Business Analyst to join an implementation project to deliver new strategic solutions to improve business processes from trade capture to settlement across multiple financial products. This role will require a candidate to work to a detailed Target Operating Model, develop business requirements, provide detailed process analysis and drive the testing piece as well as communicate effectively with senior level stakeholders and manage smaller scale end to end projects.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A proven background as a BA within Product Control on a large scale Finance Business Change project
- Strong understanding of multiple Derivatives products
- Extensive experience of process mapping, problem solving and building use cases
- Full life cycle BA skills
- Excellent understanding of Finance within Investment Banking from trade booking through to settlement/sub ledger
- Project Management skills and the ability to deal effectively with senior stakeholders
