(LRS) Language Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a German Speaking IT Support / Customer Service Adviser to work at their client’s offices not far from Brighton. You will be working for an international organisation and you will have the opportunity to develop both your technical skills as well as your people skills in a bustling town right on the UK’s south coast!
Responsibilities:
*To act as the first point of contact for customer queries either via email, letter or phone
*Ensure that all queries are managed efficiently and send out resolutions
*Manage relationships with third party vendors
*Complete service requests and ensure that daily measures are taken for the Service Level Agreements to be met
Requirements:
*Fluency in German and English is essential (written and spoken)
*Fluency in another European language would be a great advantage (French or Dutch)
*Computer Literate, accurate and numerate
*Proven experience in IT Helpdesk support or call centre or a similar environment desirable
