Sales & Business Development Manager - Permanent

One of Europe's leading provider of test systems & services to the Aerospace and Defence markets, are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development professional to spearhead sales of their portfolio of test systems and services into the UK market.

Roles and Responsibilities
*Identify opportunities for the complete Test & Services portfolio and capabilities
*Prepare proposals/bids with the help of the UK and European bid teams
*Submit, negotiate and win orders
*Development of sales plans for target markets
*Development of key customer relationship
*Report progress and bookings forecast to the Head of Sales
*Identification of future product requirements to meet the Military and Aerospace market base through collecting feedback from potential or existing customers.

Essential experience/skills:
*Strong relationship management skills
*Experience of major system and/or service sales in a complex environment
*Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defence industries
*Sales negotiation and closing skills

Preferred experience
*Knowledge of the European rotary market
*Knowledge of electronic and/or optronic test systems
