Rate: £250-£300 per day

Outsource UK Ltd our actively seeking to recruit PPI Complaints Manager professional to work with our client a strong leader in the Financial Services arena.

Duties/Role:

  • The successful candidate will manage a team of PPI Complaint Handlers, improving call handling skills.
  • Developing value adding process improvements
  • Reporting on all stats.
  • Performance Management
  • Improve KPI's and SLA's

Experience & Skills Required

  • People Management and proven leadership background experience will be essential.
  • Strong complaints background.
