Outsource UK Ltd our actively seeking to recruit PPI Complaints Manager professional to work with our client a strong leader in the Financial Services arena.
Duties/Role:
- The successful candidate will manage a team of PPI Complaint Handlers, improving call handling skills.
- Developing value adding process improvements
- Reporting on all stats.
- Performance Management
- Improve KPI's and SLA's
Experience & Skills Required
- People Management and proven leadership background experience will be essential.
- Strong complaints background.
