Swim Social Work Recruitment are looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner to join an Older Peoples Access and Information Team based in Southwark. This is a full time, temporary post for 3 months.You must hold GSCC registration and have substantial post qualification experience. The client will not accept CV's if you do not hold this registration/experience, so please apply if applicable.
Your job will be to;
*Act as the front line for older people in the borough
*Undertake a duty and referral role
*Undertake safeguarding and mental capacity assessments
*Work with a caseload of vulnerable people over 65
*Assess the needs of service users
*Work in partnership with other professionals
You will have;
*Extensive experience of duty/intake work
