We are currently in need for IT Manager in the Neillsville Wisconsin Area. If you are interested, please review the description and respond to Brian Finnigan at (see below)

The IT Operations Manager will:
- Provide strategic and operational IT leadership supporting our client in Neillsville, Wisconsin.
- Will manage to specific IT services contract deliverables and will be responsible for delivering all contractual requirements.
- Will oversee technical, administrative, and daily support activities
- Will have overall responsibility for establishing and implementing network and central component security, recovery, and LAN/WAN accessibility issues.
- Be the key customer contact, will lead the IT steering group, and will manage all third party vendor relationships and contractual agreements.

Specific Duties include:
- At least 3 years previous experience as an IT manager
- Represent customers IT initiatives both internally and externally as appropriate
- Manage personnel assigned to various projects and established action items
- Assist in the development of annual IT budget
- Develops, maintains, and manages to annual work plans and technology master plan
- Oversees Help Desk services by ensuring end-user trouble tickets are addressed according to service levels and by managing priorities and delivering on expectations
- Manage projects from initiation through completion by proper communication with user and management as appropriate
- Acts as the escalation point to resolve service issues within departments and end users
- Provides daily (or as needed) hands-on augmentation to all or most functions performed by the technician level staff, with equal expertise as IT technicians
- Key interface between customer and management as the leader of an IT steering committee with the ability to communicate technical information in a relatively non-technical, business-like, politically correct, and diplomatic style
- Ensure a high quality of service, support, and technical expertise
