Solid and proven background within buying, purchasing and procurement covering a wide range of products & services eg - fleet, IT equipment, facilities, mobile telephone, office furniture, HR etc. Good experience of developing effective business relationships with suppliers and internal customers. CIPS advantageous but not essential. Full JD available.
