Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a number of Time-served and experienced Mechanical Fitters/Assemblers with an immediate start. Based in North Manchester, the role is on a long term temporary basis of 6-12 months plus. Competitive pay rate of up to £12.30 (LTD).
Our client is a manufacturer of high spec, new build packaging machinery to supply into food industries.
The Role
Candidates must be conversant in the following areas:
Working independently with complex, detailed drawings
Have the ability to problem solve and fault find when required
Bench work - Grinding and Polishing
Assembly of components on a large scale and installation of various sizes pipe work for fluid transfer Working with the installation of pumps and motors
Must have experience in assembly/dis-assembly of large bespoke new build machinery
Requirements
Candidates are required to be able to work to a high level of detail and dexterity.
Must be time served mechanical fitter with relevant qualifications and experience
