Regulatory Risk Analyst, Insurance, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Assurance, FSA Rules and Principles, AML, London
My client is a major UK insurance company based in London. They are currently looking for a Regulatory Risk Analyst to join their Regulatory Risk Assurance Team.
The successful Regulatory Risk Analyst will come from financial services background and have significant regulatory risk experience included detailed knowledge of FSA Rules and Principles and the Data Protection Act. While not essential a background in insurance and an understanding of Prudential and AML would be preferable.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To scope, lead and conduct Regulatory Compliance assessments in areas that pose Regulatory Risk.
- Responsible for the issue of Assurance Reports which clearly articulate the findings of reviews and provide clarity to the business on remedial actions.
- Identification of issues and control gaps by the gathering and rigorous analysis and interpretation of Management Information.
- Thorough understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements and dissemination of these as appropriate.
- Promote a positive image of Regulatory Risk management by maintaining high standards of technical expertise and a professional attitude, both internally and externally.
