Description

Responsibilities:
Reviewing new work requests from the design team for cleansing and technical validity and liaising on adjustments required prior to acceptance
Raise PO's in SAP for accepted work requests and follow up the approval process to ensure the order is approved and issued in the shortest timeframe possible
Issuing completed work instructions to the assigned supplier and liaising with them re any technical queries ensuring the instruction is fully understood and accepted
Accept the weekly program of both service affecting/non service affecting permit requests from the assigned supplier and collate against the corresponding submitted program of works
Raising of both service affecting/non service affecting permit requests for internally driven work streams
Interface with the assigned supplier on pre-installation survey results where issues have been identified that cannot be resolved by the supplier - collating the required data needed to escalate to the relevant group and resolve the issue
Report daily on issue clearance progression both internally and with the supplier
Review and approve additional costs submissions from the supplier (ACR's)
Raise PO's/ATI's in SAP for approved additional costs
Keep the databases updated daily as to changes in the program & reporting on completed works
Review technical completion documentation (CofC's) weekly against the supplier submissions reporting against both acceptance/rejections
Raise ATI's in SAP for completed services and hardware
Provide an interface internally for any pre/post installation issues reported by the internal teams working on the network and managing a solution to the issue in the shortest timeframe possible
Provides a professional and credible interface to customers/suppliers as required

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has a logical/methodical approach to fault finding
Ability to control complicated situations in a calm and professional manner
Strong planning and organisation skills
Displays a high level of initiative and works proactively
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Personal focus on continuous improvement and innovation
Has a good experience in a customer facing engineering/technician role
Minimum of 2 years experience within Mobile delivery environment
Demonstrates understanding of RAN topology, network connectivity & design methodologies
Working knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
