Sourcing Manager
Responsible for performing all sourcing/procurement activities for the assigned categories of spend. Develops and implements a sourcing management strategy for the assigned categories; identifies and develops supplier relationships. Effectively negotiates contracts and long term procurement agreements. In addition, participates in change management programs to establish processes and procedures. These activities are expected to realize significant efficiencies and cost savings. Excellent communication and presentation skills required. Ability to excel under pressure, and lead cross-functional teams. Experience using a formal strategic sourcing methodology required. Excellent analytical skills including spend analysis required.
Experience Level:
BA or BS required; graduate degree preferred, plus minimum 7+ years of direct relevant experience.
Hours of the position: 8-5
