IT Project Coordinator
1) Must be analytical to perform thorough research, invoice audit and analyze expenses against contract rates and budgets.
2) Must have Telecom billing experience on Voice, Data and Wireless services
3) Must have experience using MS Office applications
4) Proficient working on Mainframe databases and can quickly put together reports and manage data across applications.
5) Must be able to quickly evaluate and recommend solutions on projects and billing issues
6) Must be organized, detail oriented and possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must communicate effectively with all levels of staff, both internal and external.
7) Possess excellent customer service skills
8) Ability to prioritize work on a daily basis
9) Must have a production environment experience to meet tight deadlines
