Description
DESCRIPTIONThe Metrology Technician will carry out rudimentary and repetitive techniques in support of a scientific endeavor. Activities may include glassware washing, weighing, measuring, and working with chemicals, MSDS maintenance, and associated documentation.
Qualifications
- Scientific background, but not too specialized.
- Skills in math, general lab, and/or mechanical skills
- Good documentation skills
- Generally a degree is not required. Degree in chemistry, biology, or equivalent science/technical would be a plus.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
- MS Word expertise
- 1-3 years of Analytical Equipment experience
