Credit Risk Analyst
The role of the Credit Risk Analyst will provide analytical support to deliver great performance and portfolio insight
Key responsibilities will include: -
* Ensure a daily focus on driving performance on collections
* Owning development and delivery of MI that provides insight to internal stakeholders
* Supporting operations to deliver great service
* Supporting the management team to ensure effective forecasting, management and communication of the business financial performance
* Help coaching a team of analysts
Candidate Profile
* Good knowledge of mathematical/analytical techniques, a numerate degree is desirable
* Experience of data manipulation (SAS or SQL)
* Retail Banking experience is highly desirable.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
* Experienced in the production of data and analysis
* Good communications with the ability to interpret data and present recommendations to a wide variety of stakeholders
* Innovative and dynamic with the ability to deliver change
* Experience of working in financial services is advantageous understanding both the theoretical and practical elements of the credit cycle
* Experience of strategy design, monitoring and implementation is preferred
This is a 6 month fixed term position
