Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer/Helpdesk Officer to work with an Iconic Organisation based in North Sydney...is this you? Your role as the Customer Service Officer will be to provide user-friendly and efficient first and second level Helpdesk support by receiving, logging and then addressing customer problems. You will also be required to provide administration and data entry services to the team.You will be required to:
- Answer phone and E-mail requests for support from Producers and other users
- Meet the agreed Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators
- Log the support requests on the Helpdesk call logging system
- Address and resolve problems and requests for support, or to log unresolvable issues and follow through to resolution
- Pass on to the Services Manager any problems which could not be addressed at the first level
- To assist the Services Manager with problem resolution as required
- Check, enter and update data on the database
- Excellent communication skills
- Good conflict resolution skills
- Attention to detail especially in relation to data entry
- Competency with using the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
