Navigator job #2666 -- Akron/Canton, OhioLocal Northeast Ohio manufacturer is seeking a Contract Navigator to provide Call Management System backup support to the primary Navigator via communication with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming Customer Service Engineer (CSE) calls, and document accordingly.
• Report all problems affecting call scheduling to the Primary Navigator.
• Assist the Primary Navigator (II) with the Call Management System and call list to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is being met.
• Handle Estimated time of Arrival (ETA) and escalation messages.
• Assist in training new Navigators in dispatching using the call Management System tool.
• Document Customer dissatisfaction issues and field issues via e-mail for field Management notification.
• Act as a liaison between corporate and business team Management and the Customer Service Engineer.
Requirements:
? HS Diploma/GED Required
? 6 mos-1 year previous customer service experience
? Proficient PC and software skills
? Ability to interact with customers both internal and external at all levels
? Follow established practices
