A major retail distribution organisation is seeking an interim HR Project Manager to deliver the transition of 3rd party Occupational Health services. Working with the internal HR team, Payroll and 3rd party OH provider, your remit will be to ensure that all transactional activity is managed within quality and timescale necessary.

This assignment contains a substantial element of data migration whilst also ensuring that the internal processes are aligned to the 3rd party.

Other responsibilities will include:
* Managing the process of unit testing
* Ensure accurate validation of HR and Employee data in transition process
* Ensure 3rd party processes are aligned with the business

You will have a track-record of managing transitional activity of 3rd parties, ideally within the HR universe - with a heavy emphasis on Data migration. The ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders in a cross-functional fashion, whilst demonstrating a structured rigour to delivery is critical.
