DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Associate Scientist will be involved in several aspects related to antibody generation and characterization.

Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology or equivalent education is required.
- 2+ years experience in laboratory research in academia or industry.
- Solid knowledge of basic biochemical assays including gel electrophoresis.
- Western blotting and ELISA as well as experience with cell based assays.
- Good knowledge of protein expression and purification.
- Solid knowledge of tissue culture techniques.
- Experience with immunocytochemistry and FACS techniques as well as previous experience working with monoclonal antibodies would be a plus.
- Experience handling laboratory animals (rodents), including dosing and tissue harvest, would be highly beneficial.
- Highly motivated with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with other colleagues.
