Mandatory Skills: Provide IT Technical Training for Novell Zenworks Configuration Management Version 11 training for 15 people ON SITE

Location: Thunder Bay, ON

Objectives:

Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre is accepting bids for

IT Technical Training for Novell Zenworks Configuration Management Version 11

Award will be based on the following requirements listed below:

• Vendor must be able to provide ON SITE training in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada prior to the end of December 15, 2011.
• Vendor must be able to provide training for 15 staff.
• Vendor must provide all lab equipment (laptops etc.) and instructional teaching materials. The hospital will provide the training facility and appropriate workspace.
• The duration of the training should be 5 days.
• The instructor must be qualified in teaching the relevant material, including discussing real-world examples and have practical experience with the product.
• Vendor to provide full price including meals, travel and accommodations
