DESCRIPTIONThe QC Lab Systems Analyst executes defined tasks and contributes technical expertise to a group within a quality unit dedicated to supporting compliance and efficient use of technology. Requires basic knowledge of computer systems, manufacturing, and laboratory business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Helps to implement technological and information system solutions within a quality unit.
- Authors SOPs and protocols.
- Assists in the technical design, system configuration, and system testing/validation.
- Performs specific aspects of deployment of corporate information systems to the site.
- Implements plans for data acquisition and integration, and participates in business systems integration tasks.
- Supports all business areas on the site as a SME.
- Supports the site change control process and supports system configuration.
- Provides systems and project support through programming or configuring forms, reports, system interfaces, peripherals, and data conversion.
- Assures compliance and other regulations and applies them to quality systems.
- Identifies and initiates investigations and site change controls.
Qualifications:
- Basic Master Data Management skills required.
- Required Labware knowledge.
- Laboratory Information Management Systems a must.
- Quality Control experience desired.
- System testing skills a plus.
- Experienced validation skills important.
