Change Manager - Documentation Management PMO - major TETRA roll out in Norway

Improved documentation flow, revise the existing documentation centre, Safeguard contractual security requirements, Secure that the document centre is efficient, Train involved parties in the (your) new system, Specialist in implementation of systems, processes and work methods within Documentation Management - system architect, expert on the ProArc tool.

Main responsibilities:
The main responsibility for the Document Change (DC) manager is to optimise and prepare the organization in documentation management for the main roll out. The DC manager is responsible for implementing, progress and quality control of suggested improvements, as well as training. The DC manager is responsible for designing and developing the architecture and implementing the new solution.

Tasks:

  • Setting up an improved documentation flow, and revise the existing documentation centre to accommodate the increase in the documentation flow for phase 1-5.
  • Ensure and coordinate that the documentation requirements for Network Rollout, Control Rooms and Admin are implemented
  • Interacting with and coordinate with the different stakeholders (external and internal) eg. hosting and tool vendors, subject area managers etc
  • Safeguard that contractual security requirement established
  • Secure that the document centre is efficient and set up according to contractual requirements (but not limited to)
  • Train involved parties in the new system
  • Document the new solution

Experience:

  • Specialist in implementation of systems, processes and work methods within Documentation Management (system architect)
  • Expert on the ProArc tool
  • 3-5 years of document management experience
  • Experience with a complex project is preferable
  • Customer oriented
  • Analytical
  • Experienced with working in cross functional teams, communicate well, and possess good analytical, problem- solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to make decisions independently and in a self-directed manner in support of the goals of the team and organization, as well as be motivated to tackle challenging problems
  • Excellent communication skills in English required
  • Able to communicate in Norwegian/Scandinavian language is an advantage but not a requirement
