DESCRIPTION
The Cisco Technical Support Engineer will perform Cisco UCCE and UCCX day one deployment and tiered day two technical support engineering in an Enterprise Routing Service Center (ERSC).

Qualifications:
  • Cisco ICM, CVP, IPIVR, UCCE, Enterprise, and Express expertise
  • Cisco ICM, WIM/EIM, VXML and Studio Scripting familiarity desired
  • Experience with CISCO IOS Voice Gateway and Gatekeeper a plus
  • Cisco Call Manager knowledge
  • ACME Session Border Controller (SBC) experience desired
  • Knowledge of Linux OS
  • Windows Server OS and Microsoft SQL Server skills a plus
  • Knowledge of customer interfaces
  • Call flow documentation expertise
  • Familiarity with Cisco TAC procedures
  • Expert level MS Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel Project, and PowerPoint
  • Strong administrative and organization skills, ie status reporting and project task management
  • Strong Communication
