Description
A construction project manager is required to lead six projects on behalf of a Local Education Partnership. Each will be taken through RDD stage from Financial Close to Service Acceptance date.
Candidates should have substantial construction project management experience and be familiar with and have experience of the PFI/BSF programmes.
An early start date is required, preferably the end of October/early November. The successful candidate will be offered either permanent employment or engagement on an interim basis if this is preferred. Rate/salary will be competitive.
