Ihre Aufgaben:
- The Communications Manager will be responsible for communicating key messages to defined target audiences to establish goodwill and understanding between the IAM (Identity & Access Management)program and its stakeholders
- Prepare internal and external communications plans and policies
- Define communications objectives
- Design of communications structure
- Prepare communications materials
- Edit materials prepared by other sources
- Monitor and manage all communication
- Organise crisis communications if/when necessary
- Prepare written materials for stakeholder awareness campaigns and maintain a range of publications to meet communications goals
- Identify target audiences
- Identify communication strategies and appropriate communication channels
- Prepare materials (e.g. brochures, posters, internal newsletters)
- Provide advice on target audiences and best ways to communicate with them
- Recommend strategies to manage upcoming issues, including identifying appropriate responses and communication channels
Ihre Qualifikation
- The ability to translate complex technical language and ideas into language easily comprehensible to non-specialists
- Skill in interviewing a variety of people and gathering and synthesizing information from many sources
- Interpersonal skills to facilitate work with a wide range of individuals and groups from culturally diverse publics
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques of oral and written communications
- Interpersonal relations skills in order to determine the most effective proposals and presentation materials, persuade stakeholdersto accept suggestions and proposals, and to foster effective relationships among the different business units and stakeholders
- Professional level skills in proposal and publications development with writing and editing experience.
- Skill in writing for a variety of audiences
- Skill in writing and editing news and feature articles
- Ability to write/edit in a variety of writing styles, ability to draft materials on a wide range of topics
- Strong editing and proofreading skills
