Description
Senior Business Analyst analysing data for requirements for Product Control and/or Financial control, with a focus on the financial accounting side. You will be looking to mainly cover the data items required for accounting rules, FO/GL reconciliations and downstream regulatory reporting. Direct experience with 'P&L explain' systems, and familiarity with the approach of sourcing the data from the systems and analysing data is key.This role would best suit a BA (core analysis/design tasks) where your focus has very much been on data analysis, data feed analysis, or requirements from trading systems and fitting this into a strategic approach for Finance that seeks to improve the quality of data by getting it (as much as possible) from the FO systems themselves, or from a shared common layer providing trade and valuation data for downstream systems. Excellent long term contract (2 years at least).
