This market leading Digital Giant based in Sydney are seeking the services of a highly talented Web Designer. You will lead a highly talented Web Designer team across a range of international high-traffic websites. Working in a creative and collaborative team you will be responsible for designing state of the art websites using the latest technologies. You will take ownership of web sites and be required to create compelling and innovative websites and web applications. You will have a drive for career progression and want to succeed to be the best designer possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create cutting edge web designs
- Be able to design and mock-up functional websites
- Ability to test, maintain and troubleshoot for websites and browser compliance
- Required to work closely with creative director, project manager, designers and developers to contribute ideas and efforts towards internal projects to find solutions
- Be able to lead a team to succeed in their designing abilities
- Skills in the design and maintenance of websites and online applications
- Experience of establishing and creating style guidelines and style guide documents
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years proven experience in Web Design
- High-level understanding of Web Standards, Accessibility and Usability
- Advanced with XHTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Front End development skills/experience
- Great work ethic
- Creative and innovative thinker with a methodological approach
