Systems Architect - end to end - Investment Banking

International Investment Bank requires a talented and experienced end to end Systems Architect to play an integral role in a high profile project to redefine and improve global architecture. Your role will be to define an architecture that supports business delivery, improves the quality of applications and processes, simplifies and reduce complexity, cost and fragility of the current landscape and then to engage and promote your solutions to Senior Management on a global basis. An essential part of this role is to be an outstanding communicator, an individual with presence, passion and gravitas. You will work with the business and key sponsors to define the target architecture, define roadmaps to move from the current to the target state, solution design, definition of high level architecture lifecycle, definition of technology roadmap, definition of knowledge management strategy for the architecture team, technology reviews and PoC’s. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Systems Architect to make their mark in a respected international Investment Bank and join a very talented team of architecture professionals. A proven track record of playing a similar role within the Investment Banking industry is essential, as is experience of architecting solutions with the following technologies: Sophis , Pega, Tidal, Murex, Gloss, Calypso, Imatch, Fidessa LatentZero, Mistral, ClearVision, Kronos, Sybase PowerDesigner, Teradata.
