Contract Supply Manager, Banking, London
With an interest in Vendor Management and Contract Negotiation.
The Role Holder will manage the commercial contract whilst adhering to the agreed contract with the 3rd Party Vendor.
The Key Role Deliverables include:
Contract Management
Accounts to the Manager, Contract Management for the production of contract deliverables within agreed timescale, and to quality and budget.
Ensures contract scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties
Undertakes a pro-active customer care programme ensuring the set-up and provision of an effective contract life cycle.
Planning
Owns and takes responsibility for managing and resourcing contract activity within CIB Change; agrees and reviews the plans, costs, and resources with key stakeholders ensuring continuity of contracts as required to support operational requirements.
Monitoring & Control
Ensures that selected technology contracts are managed and monitored; reports on performance being developed to ensure issues are identified and resolved.
