Description
My client is looking for an experienced Operational Change Manager to work in their office in Glasgow.
You will be working in the Global Wealth Operations Change Management Team. The role is primarily benefits focused and responsible for defining the benefits, assessing progress towards realisation and achieving measured improvements.
The ideal candidate must have the following
- Solid understanding of business change techniques.
- Familiarity of the project life cycle.
- Benefits identification, modelling and management techniques.
- Change management/Project management Professional designation eg. Prosci or Prince 2
In return you will receive a 6 month contract and a daily rate of between £500-£600/day.
